• Your Name, Phone Number and email address
• Permission to post on business website and/or social media
• The name of your quilt top, design, color and size 
• Backing you provided and if there prep work needed 
• Batting provided? Is it the correct size for your quilt top size?
• Price Estimate
• When do you need the quilt top back
• Review of your quilt top, questions on the structure of the top 
• Review pantograph style and thread selection
• Do you want the quilt top squared-up after long arming service
• Do you want scrap fabric cut down into binding strips

Areas we service are the Western and Northwestern suburbs of Chicago. Your quilt top can be dropped off at my home, local store or a quilt guild meeting. Location can be determined.  Currently, not accepting quilt tops via mail.
