  When I first started quilting, I was so worried about making sure all my seams were perfectly a ¼ inch and that I sewed as perfect as possible. Someone said, “A finished quilt top is better than a perfect one.” One of my teachers said to me, no one will give back a quilt for not being perfect and if they do, you don’t want them in your life.
